The Tribal Gaming Agency is composed of 3 Commissioners appointed for a term, an Executive Director, and licensing, surveillance, and investigative staff.  The Tribal Gaming Agency conducts background investigations on all prospective employees, who must be licensed by it prior to working at the casino.  The Agency tests each slot machine to ensure the games are fair for patrons, resolves patrons’ disputes over the play or operation of games, and works with both the federal regulators, the National Indian Gaming Commission, and  the state regulators, the California Gambling Control Commission and Division of Gambling Control, to ensure the integrity of Indian gaming at Cache Creek Casino Resort.
